Do you just need a new medical ID plate? This option is for the plate alone - no bracelet band. Included in the price is a stainless steel medical ID plate and 4 lines of engraving on the front (14 char. max) and back (20 char. max). Upgrade to high polish, sterling silver, or 14k gold filled below.
