Shipping: USA Shipping for orders under $50.00 is $2.50 via USPS first class with delivery confirmation in the contiental US. Purchases over $50.00 will receive free shipping. I make everything once I receive your order and can usually ship regular jewelry within 3 business days. Because plates and charms are custom engraved, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping of Medical ID Bracelets. In most cases I can ship sooner than this but I'd rather have my customers happy that they received it earlier than excpected - not later! I'll email you if there are any issues or delays past these time frames. INTERNATIONAL I ship to only a limited list of international countries (including but not limited to: Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia...) If you would like to know if I can ship to you outside of the USA, please contact me before placing an order. I ship First Class International which is $4.00 and can take up to 2+ weeks to reach its destination. There is no tracking availabe for international first class, and once its shipped I cannot be responsible for the package or additional customs fees. Paypal is the preferred method of payment (due to increased merchant fees I no longer accept credit cards directly). I do accept personal checks and money orders if you would lindly let me know beforehand. Paypal E-checks and personal checks must clear before I can ship. I am required to charge 7% sales tax to all orders shipped within North Carolina.
Returns:
I want you to love your jewelry as much as I love making it! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately to let me know. Returns are accepted (from the original purchaser) within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The return must be in the original packaging or well-wrapped in a padded envelope with a copy of the original receipt. Please don't mail jewelry in a regular white letter envelope it won't make it! I suggest using delivery confirmation or insurance when shipping. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please note that custom engraved medical ID plates are carefully inspected prior to shipping and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Repairs:
If your piece should break with normal wear within the first 30 days of receipt, I will restring or fix it at no charge. After 30 days there will be a repair fee of $10 plus $2.00 for return postage. Please contact me for repairs and I will provide further details. |
